Boquerón Beach Puerto Rico

On day 25 of our trip, we went to Boquerón Beach.  It was such a pretty beach and such a nice day.  I wasn’t able to swim this time since my ankle was broken, so I stayed in a chair up on the beach while my son enjoyed swimming with his grandparents.

This beach was a bit more crowded than the other beaches we had visited, though not overly so.  It reminded me more of Florida beaches than any of the other Puerto Rico beaches had, but it was nice.  People were grilling on the beach and just having a good time.

The beach was pretty to look at for sure, surrounded by mountains and beautiful trees.  I loved the scenery here at this beach.  I just wished I could’ve gone snorkeling with my son here.

Summary

Though I didn’t get to experience swimming or snorkeling at this beach, it was still a pretty beach to sit and relax for a few hours.  I would highly recommend you check it out if you’re ever traveling through the area.

I don’t intend to go back to Puerto Rico at this point.  There is plenty there that I wish I had gotten a chance to visit, but I’ve been twice now and the island just wasn’t very nice to me physically.
